ElevenLabs hits $22 billion valuation

ElevenLabs has reached a valuation of 22 billion US dollars after closing a 300 million dollar employee tender offer.
The secondary sale was co-led by Wellington Management and T. Rowe Price, with Goldman Sachs, GIC and EQT among the participants. The figure is double the 11 billion dollar valuation from its Series D round in February.
CEO Mati Staniszewski told the Financial Times the deal will help the voice-AI firm compete for researchers against larger labs.
The company launched its Eleven v4 and v4 Turbo text-to-speech models on September 28. They support more than 90 languages and offer finer control over tone, emotion and pacing. The Turbo version targets real-time agents at about 100 milliseconds of latency.
ElevenLabs says its annual revenue run rate has passed 600 million dollars, up from 330 million at the start of 2026. Its voice agents now handle more than 15 million conversations a week.
