Good Morning America correspondent Will Reeve has revealed that he was diagnosed with testicular cancer earlier this year and is now cancer-free.

Reeve, the son of the late actor Christopher Reeve, said he noticed a lump in April 2026 and thought it was nothing. His new wife urged him to get it checked, leading to a diagnosis of embryonal carcinoma, a form of testicular cancer, in May.

He underwent surgery to remove the testicle, followed by abdominal lymph-node surgery and two rounds of chemotherapy. At a check-up on 8 September, doctors found no evidence of disease.

Reeve shared his story in an interview aired on Tuesday, saying he wanted to encourage others to take symptoms seriously and not delay medical checks.

Testicular cancer is one of the most curable cancers when caught early, with very high survival rates. Doctors advise men to report any lumps or changes promptly.

The 34-year-old has worked as a correspondent for ABC News and ESPN. He said the support of his family and his new wife carried him through the treatment.
