Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, has unveiled his largest humanitarian project to date: a nearly $10 million village in Ghana. He documented the project in a video released on September 19.

Called Abna Dakwa Village, the community was built on previously undeveloped land after a year of planning and eight months of construction. It includes a school for more than 300 children, ten homes for teachers, a medical clinic, a marketplace and a library.

The village is designed to be self-sustaining. It has an off-grid solar power system, two large water towers for clean drinking water, farms, fish tanks and a chicken coop.

Students will receive free daily meals for five years, supported by the Rockefeller Foundation. The project aims to give families an alternative to illegal child labour on cocoa farms in Ghana’s Eastern Region.

The build was organized with the 1 Billion Followers Summit, the Varkey Foundation and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, according to Times Now World.
