Rapper Macklemore has announced a new “Free Palestine Tour,” pledging 100 percent of ticket sales and tour proceeds to humanitarian organizations supporting Palestinians.

The tour was announced on September 24, days after Macklemore was removed as an opening act from Ed Sheeran’s US Loop Tour. Tour promoters said several venues refused to host concerts with him on the lineup after he led a “Free Palestine” chant and performed his pro-Palestinian track “Hind’s Hall” at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The initial run features three European arena shows: Dublin on October 26, Paris on October 29 and London on October 30. Additional US dates and guest performers are expected to be announced.

Macklemore says the proceeds will go to 12 humanitarian, medical and advocacy organizations, including Anera, Medical Aid for Palestinians, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, HEAL Palestine and Jewish Voice for Peace.

“When the billionaire class can decide which voices are allowed on stage and which ones are too dangerous to hear, everyone should be paying attention,” he wrote in his announcement.
