Oppo K15s, K15x Arrive in China With 8,000mAh Battery
Oppo has expanded its K15 series in China with two new phones, the K15s and the K15x, both focused on big batteries and durability.
The K15s features a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chipset, a 50-megapixel rear camera and an 8,000mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC charging. It carries IP69K, IP69, IP68 and IP66 ratings.
The K15x gets a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display at 120Hz, a Dimensity 6300 chip, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 6,500mAh battery with 45W charging. It has an IP64 rating and keeps a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Both phones run ColorOS 16 and offer up to 256GB of storage with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.
The K15s starts at CNY 1,699, about ₹24,300, while the K15x begins at CNY 1,399, about ₹20,000.
There is no information yet on a global or India launch for either device. The K15 series began with the K15 Pro and Pro+ in April, followed by the standard K15 in July.
