De Zerbi may make five changes as Spurs face Manchester United

Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi could make up to five changes for the trip to Manchester United on Saturday. Spurs are one of three teams yet to win in the Premier League this season. They sit at the bottom of the table on goal difference.
De Zerbi may drop Sandro Tonali and Rodrigo Bentancur from midfield. The pair have started together for 356 minutes this season without impressing. Lucas Bergvall, Mateus Fernandes and Conor Gallagher are options for a new double pivot.
Omar Marmoush could move into a support role behind Dominic Solanke. That would let Mohammed Kudus return to the starting line-up. The predicted defence includes Marco Senesi, Tosin Adarabioyo and Archie Gray.
De Zerbi took responsibility for the poor start after the loss to Aston Villa. “We have to be stronger,” he said. “Football is tactical, but it is blood, it is fighting, it is first one on the ball.” Spurs need a result at Old Trafford.
