The Cleveland Browns beat the Carolina Panthers 21-18 on Sunday afternoon in Week 3. The comeback win came at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland. It is Cleveland's first home win of the season.

Deshaun Watson threw a 14-yard touchdown pass to Harold Fannin Jr. with 1:48 left. He then hit Denzel Boston for the two-point conversion to seal the lead. Fannin caught seven passes for 51 yards and both of Watson's touchdowns.

Watson finished 16-of-30 for 144 yards. He briefly left the game after a hit that drew a roughing-the-passer flag. The penalty wiped out a Panthers interception in the end zone. Shedeur Sanders took one snap in his NFL season debut.

Bryce Young went 26-of-48 for 290 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Ronnie Hickman intercepted Young in the final seconds to end it. The 2-1 Browns host the Steelers next Sunday, while the 1-2 Panthers host the Lions.
