Shraddha Kapoor and her father Shakti Kapoor have leased a Mumbai apartment for Rs 2.5 lakh a month. The leave-and-licence agreement was registered on June 26, 2026. It is a three-year deal.

The apartment is in Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area. It measures 1,050 square feet. The rent will rise each year. It will be Rs 2.62 lakh a month in the second year and Rs 2.75 lakh in the third year.

The security deposit is Rs 7.5 lakh. The agreement says the flat is for family living only. The property documents were reviewed by real estate data firm CRE Matrix.

Separately, Shraddha renewed the lease of her Juhu apartment at Rs 6 lakh a month. The actress continues to invest in Mumbai real estate. The Kapoor family owns multiple properties in the city.

The Mahalaxmi area is one of Mumbai’s prime residential zones. Rents there have been rising steadily. The Kapoor family deal reflects the strong demand for luxury rentals. Celebrities often choose the area for its sea-facing apartments. Shraddha’s Juhu property is also in a premium location. The actress has built a strong real estate portfolio in recent years.
