Gauahar Khan sells Versova duplex for 6.01 crore, gains 88%
Gauahar Khan has sold her duplex apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for 6.01 crore rupees. Property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix confirmed the deal.
She had bought the property in November 2014 for 3.2 crore rupees. The sale marks an appreciation of about 88 per cent over nearly 12 years.
The transaction was reported on October 8. Versova remains a premium residential area favoured by Bollywood stars for its sea views and proximity to film studios.
Gauahar also bought three Versova apartments worth 10.13 crore rupees in February 2025. That purchase was made with her husband Zaid Darbar.
Celebrity property deals in Mumbai have been active this month. The Versova market continues to show strong price growth due to limited supply and high demand. The sale documents were reviewed by property data firm CRE Matrix. Gauahar is known for her work in Hindi films and reality shows. She married Zaid Darbar in 2020.
