Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3 continued its strong run on Wednesday, collecting Rs 15.50 crore on day six, according to Sacnilk estimates.
The film’s India net total now stands at Rs 232.50 crore, with India gross at Rs 279 crore. Overseas earnings of Rs 87.50 crore take the worldwide tally to Rs 366.50 crore.
Released on October 2, the thriller recorded the third-biggest opening for a Bollywood film. Directed by Abhishek Pathak, it was made on an estimated budget of Rs 110 crore, making it already highly profitable.
The franchise’s enduring appeal lies in its clever twists, and the third chapter has kept audiences engaged through its first week. Trade analysts say the film is tracking well above its predecessors.
