RRB releases exam city details for technician posts
The Railway Recruitment Board has released exam city and date details for the Technician recruitment under advertisement CEN 02/2025. Candidates can now check their allotted city on their regional RRB websites.
The computer-based test will be held from October 6 to 9, 2026. The recruitment covers 6,557 posts, split between Technician Grade-I Signal with 323 vacancies and Technician Grade-III with 6,234 vacancies across 24 trades.
Applications were accepted online from June 30 to July 29, 2026. Admit cards are expected to be released around October 2, according to sarkariresult.com. Candidates will need their registration number and date of birth to download the hall ticket.
Fees were Rs 500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Rs 250 for SC, ST and PH candidates. The selection process includes the CBT followed by document verification and a medical examination.
Candidates should confirm their exam date and venue from official RRB websites well before the exam window opens.
