Signatureglobal (India) has tied up a 194.22-acre land parcel in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, for an ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project with an estimated gross development value of Rs 5,500 to Rs 6,000 crore, the company said in a stock exchange filing on September 25.

The transaction combines the outright purchase of 25 acres through conveyance deeds with collaboration agreements covering another 169.22 acres. It adds about 6.77 million square feet of developable area to the company's development pipeline.

The project is planned as an invitation-only, low-density residential destination with luxury farmhouse villas, green spaces and hospitality amenities. The site is around a 15-minute drive from the Dwarka Expressway, and the Farrukhnagar-Gurugram road is slated for a Rs 365 crore four-lane upgrade.

The deal underlines continued developer appetite for premium residential land in the national capital region. The company said the project will also include curated sport, leisure and lifestyle experiences for residents.
