Seeds Fincap Raises ₹100 Crore Series B Led by Dell Foundation

Gurugram-based NBFC Seeds Fincap has raised over Rs 100 crore ($10.4 million) in a Series B round led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.
The round, announced on October 1, saw participation from existing investors Z47 and Lok Capital, alongside Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital. Unitus Capital advised the deal.
The lender, which serves small businesses that banks often skip, will use the capital to expand into new markets, grow its branch network and strengthen technology and risk management.
Seeds Fincap is targeting Rs 1,000 crore in assets under management by March 2027. Its AUM stood at Rs 722 crore in August 2026.
Founded in 2021 by Subhash Chandra Acharya, Avishek Sarkar and Sumeet Dhall, the company offers loans from Rs 50,000 to Rs 10 lakh using a cash-flow-based assessment approach.
It closed both FY25 and FY26 profitably and disbursed about Rs 620 crore in FY26. The network now spans 164 branches with over 70,000 active members.
"This capital will enable us to deepen our presence, strengthen our technology and people, and serve more entrepreneurs and underserved communities," said co-founder and CEO Subhash Chandra Acharya.
