Actor Kubbra Sait has completed her first Via Ferrata summit, and she did it while on her period, Bollywood Hungama reported on Wednesday.

A Via Ferrata is a protected climbing route with fixed cables, ladders and bridges. It lets climbers cross steep mountain terrain with safety gear. Completing one is a test of both fitness and nerve.

Kubbra shared her message with followers: ‘Trust your feet and do the hard thing.’ Her post won praise for speaking openly about menstruation and adventure sports.

Fans applauded her honesty. Many said her post would encourage more women to take up outdoor challenges without shame or hesitation.

She has often spoken about fitness and mental strength. This summit adds another milestone to her list of personal achievements.

Via Ferrata routes exist in several Indian mountain regions and are growing in popularity. They offer adventure with less risk than free climbing, since climbers stay clipped to a steel cable.

Kubbra is known for her roles in web series and films. She regularly shares her fitness journey with fans and has completed other outdoor challenges before.
