Houthis Fire Missiles at Aden Airport, Yemen Fight Widens

Yemen's Houthi rebels fired two missiles at Aden airport on Wednesday, though no casualties were reported, officials said.
The attack targeted the airport in Yemen's southern port city, which serves as a base for the internationally recognised government. Airport operations were briefly disrupted.
In a separate incident, the Saudi-led coalition said it intercepted a missile over Khamis Mushait in southern Saudi Arabia. The Houthis also claimed a drone strike on the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
The strikes mark an escalation as fighting intensifies across Yemen. The country's civil war has dragged on for years, creating one of the world's worst humanitarian crises.
Regional powers have urged restraint, warning that attacks on civilian infrastructure could derail fragile diplomatic efforts.
Analysts say the Houthis are signalling strength amid stalled peace talks. The UN continues to push for a nationwide ceasefire.
Aid agencies warned that any closure of Aden airport would hit relief supplies. The airport is a key entry point for humanitarian cargo.
