Xiaomi SkyNomad Crosses 70,000 Orders In First Month

Xiaomi Auto has secured more than 70,000 firm orders for its SkyNomad electric SUV range in the first month on the market, the company said. The orders, from September 7 to October 7, cover the N70 and N90 extended-range models. Xiaomi delivered over 10,000 SkyNomad vehicles in September, helping total monthly deliveries cross 40,000 for the first time.
The SkyNomad marks Xiaomi’s entry into extended-range electric vehicles, aimed at buyers with range anxiety. Prices start at 209,900 yuan for the N70 Pro and go up to 299,900 yuan for the N90 Max Explorer Edition. To keep momentum, Xiaomi is offering purchase perks through October 31, including interest-free financing or an insurance subsidy.
The company targets 550,000 vehicle sales this year and faces pressure to speed up over the final quarter. The SkyNomad N70 starts at 209,900 yuan while the larger N90 Max Explorer Edition costs 299,900 yuan. Xiaomi’s sales target for this year is 550,000 vehicles, leaving it under pressure in the final quarter.
