TCS Board to Meet on October 8 for Q2 Results, Dividend
Tata Consultancy Services will hold its board meeting on October 8. The board will approve the September-quarter results.
The meeting will consider the audited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. It will also take up a second interim dividend proposal.
TCS has fixed October 14 as the record date for the dividend. Shareholders on record that day will get the payout if approved.
The results will kick off the IT earnings season. HCLTech follows on October 12 and Infosys on October 23.
Brokerages expect a muted quarter for the sector. Kotak sees TCS growing 0.5 per cent sequentially.
Investors will watch for commentary on AI deals and the large Best Buy contract. The stock will react when markets reopen.
