ServiceTitan has made its AI-powered Max package available to every residential in-home contractor. The announcement came on October 6 at Pantheon, the company's annual user conference in Orlando, Florida.Max is the fully loaded version of ServiceTitan's Agentic Operating System. Its AI agents draw on context across demand, field and office work to help contractors understand their business, decide what should happen next and execute work across connected workflows. The company also launched a limited Max pilot for commercial and roofing contractors.ServiceTitan also launched the Atlas mobile app and Homh, a new consumer demand generation platform. Atlas is an AI sidekick designed to automate contractor workflows from the first call to the final invoice. Contractors can interact with Atlas in plain English to run reports, find jobs and dispatch technicians.Co-founder and CEO Ara Mahdessian said trades businesses deserve to benefit from the technology they help make possible. ServiceTitan is listed on Nasdaq as TTAN. The conference announcements mark the company's biggest push yet to bring agentic AI to the trades.
