NSRCEL, the startup hub at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and Maruti Suzuki India have launched the seventh cohort of their incubation programme for mobility startups. The six-month programme will support startups from the early-revenue to scale-up stage.

The programme will focus on vehicle technology, clean tech, mobility and mobility infrastructure, digital transformation across Industry 4.0 and 5.0, and green manufacturing. The aim is to help startups strengthen their solutions, validate them in real-world settings and move towards market deployment.

Selected startups will get incubation support from NSRCEL, paid pilot opportunities with Maruti Suzuki, mentoring from industry experts and ecosystem connections. Winners will also be eligible for a Maruti Suzuki car, international immersion opportunities and prize money.

NSRCEL CEO Rasika Prashant said the cohort will bring together entrepreneurs, domain experts, corporates, investors and ecosystem partners. The existing ecosystem includes startups such as Sarvam AI, TRUEassist, Switch On, Volar Alta, Zen Mobility and MiniMines.
