NASDAQ-Listed KIDZ Wants 500 Tesla Robotaxis for Fleet Plan

KIDZ, the NASDAQ-listed company formerly known as Classover Holdings, said on September 30 it has submitted a procurement inquiry to Tesla for an initial 500 Robotaxis.
The company, which runs a children's coding school, plans an Autonomous Fleet Operations Strategy built around Tesla's self-driving vehicles. It said the fleet would form the basis of a ride-hailing business.
The announcement drew scepticism from analysts, who noted that KIDZ is a micro-cap company with a history of pivoting between trends, from crypto to GPU cloud services to an AI mascot called KIDZBot.
Electrek questioned how a small education company would fund 500 Robotaxis. Tesla has not commented on the inquiry. The episode highlights the growing buzz around robotaxi fleets, where announcements sometimes outpace real business plans.
The company's shares have swung wildly on similar announcements in the past. Market watchers advised investors to wait for concrete contracts before taking such plans seriously. Tesla has started limited robotaxi operations in select US cities this year.
