Google launches Rs 2,549-a-month AI Ultra plan in India
Google has launched its AI Ultra subscription plan in India at Rs 2,549 per month. The plan bundles the company’s most powerful AI tools with extra storage and services.
Subscribers get access to Gemini 3 Pro, Google’s top AI model, along with 30TB of cloud storage. The plan also includes YouTube Premium and 12,500 AI credits every month for heavy users.
Up to six family members can share the subscription. The launch puts Google in direct competition with ChatGPT Plus at Rs 1,999 a month and xAI’s SuperGrok at Rs 2,400 a month.
Google said the plan targets creators, researchers and professionals who need high limits for video, coding and research tasks. Early subscribers also get priority access to new features.
The India launch follows the plan’s debut in the United States earlier this year. Google has been expanding paid AI tiers as it looks to earn more from its AI products.
