Arm has launched a new online portal to help developers find, compare and optimize artificial intelligence models for its chips. The Arm AI Portal is aimed at more than 22 million developers and AI coding agents working across cloud, smartphones, robots and other devices, the company said.

The portal offers models pre-optimized for Arm hardware, including Alibaba’s Qwen, Google’s Gemma and Ultralytics’ YOLO, running on ExecuTorch, LiteRT and ONNX runtimes. Developers can compare accuracy, latency, memory use and model size, and get code examples and deployment guides. The models are hosted on Hugging Face and made accessible to AI agents through the Model Context Protocol.

Arm plans to add tools that let developers bring their own or proprietary models for performance analysis and optimization. Agent-ready resources are available first through early access. “There needs to be one place to build and customize,” said Sharbani Roy, Arm’s vice president of AI and developer platforms.

Why it matters: as AI moves from the cloud onto phones, robots and edge devices, a single portal could cut weeks of benchmarking and deployment work.
