Darren Till outpointed Yoel Romero in a battle of former UFC contenders at BKFC 94 in Manchester on Saturday night. "The Gorilla" took a unanimous decision over the 49-year-old Cuban at the AO Arena, in a fight streamed on DAZN pay-per-view.

The bout was more technical than many expected. Instead of the brawl fans had imagined, the two veterans felt each other out across five rounds before trading heavy shots late. They embraced after the final bell, ending the night with mutual respect.

Till, the former UFC welterweight title challenger, has now won both of his bare-knuckle outings, having knocked out Aaron Chalmers in his debut in May. Romero, the former UFC middleweight contender known as the "Soldier of God," was fighting in bare-knuckle for the second time after a second-round stoppage of Theo Doukas.

The win keeps Till's post-MMA run going and adds another big name to his record. For Romero, who turns 50 next year, questions about how long he can continue at the top level will only grow louder.
