KPI Green Energy Wins Rs 2,025 Crore Solar EPC Order
KPI Green Energy has won a turnkey EPC order worth Rs 2,025 crore for a large solar project in Rajasthan. The order covers 500 MW of capacity, or 550 MWp in panel terms.
The client is NACOF Oorja, and the project site is Dantoor in Bikaner. The scope includes design, engineering, supply, construction and commissioning of the solar plant.
The project is part of a planned 5,000 MW solar park in the region. KPI Green must complete the work within twelve months of the land being handed over. The order value includes taxes.
The win adds to KPI Green’s growing order book in utility-scale solar. Rajasthan remains one of the top states for solar development because of its high sunlight and large land parcels.
The company has been expanding fast in the renewable EPC space. Investors will watch execution timelines, as large solar orders often face land and grid-connection delays.
