Udta Teer’s first song BhootniKa releases today
The first song from Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan's upcoming film Udta Teer releases on September 28. Titled BhootniKa, the track was teased by the makers days after the film's trailer drew strong online attention.
BhootniKa features music by Sachin-Jigar and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, with vocals by Kaka and Twinkle Aggrwal. The makers say the quirky track extends the film's chaotic comic world rather than serving as a routine soundtrack drop.
Udta Teer is a Hindi spy comedy directed by debutant Akash A Kaushik. Khurrana plays a Pakistani spy who loses his memory and comes to believe he is an Indian officer, while Sara Ali Khan plays his colleague in a counter-terrorism setup.
The film is produced by Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment and releases in theatres on October 9, 2026. The song launch kicks off the final stretch of pre-release promotions ahead of the film's theatrical debut.
