Sonu Nigam buys two Andheri commercial units for Rs 16 crore
Singer Sonu Nigam has bought two commercial units in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 16 crore. Property registration documents analysed by CRE Matrix show the deal.
The units are adjoining first-floor commercial spaces. They are in the Aston building at Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road. Together they have a carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft.
The deal was registered on August 6, 2026. The seller was Singular Health Private Limited. Stamp duty of Rs 96 lakh was paid. The deal included four car parking spaces in the building’s basement.
In a separate deal the same day, Nigam bought a ground-floor office for Rs 1 crore. That unit has a carpet area of 258.33 sq ft. The total value of the three units comes to Rs 17 crore.
Last month, Nigam sold a commercial property in BKC for Rs 18 crore. He had bought it for Rs 14.30 crore. That sale earned him a gross profit of Rs 3.70 crore.
The singer has been active in Mumbai real estate. His portfolio includes both residential and commercial properties across the city.
