Marvel drops new VisionQuest trailer with Ultron’s return

Marvel has released a new trailer for VisionQuest, its eight-episode Disney+ series that closes the WandaVision trilogy. The series premieres on October 14.
Paul Bettany returns as Vision. James Spader returns as Ultron, the villain he first played in 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The trailer follows Vision living in hiding, searching for new meaning. He consults the AI personas built into his programming, including F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., J.A.R.V.I.S. and Ultron.
Vision goes on the run with Thomas Shepherd, a mysterious boy who may be his reincarnated son Tommy Maximoff. Ruaridh Mollica plays the older Tommy.
The series wraps up the trilogy that began with WandaVision in 2021 and continued with Agatha All Along in 2024. Terry Matalas serves as creator and showrunner.
The story picks up after WandaVision, where Vision was rebooted and escaped from those who wanted to weaponise him. A bounty on his head ends his quiet life.
The ensemble cast includes James D’Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S., Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y., Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H. and T’Nia Miller as Jocasta.
