HYBE to host Weverse Con festival in New Delhi in March 2027
K-pop giant HYBE will host its Weverse Con festival in New Delhi in March 2027, the company announced at the Global Music Forum 2026.
It will be the first time the mega festival is held in India. Weverse Con brings together artists from HYBE's labels for performances, fan events and interactive experiences.
The announcement marks a major moment for K-pop in India, where the fanbase has grown rapidly in recent years. Indian fans have long asked for big K-pop events at home.
Industry watchers say the festival could draw tens of thousands of fans to the capital. Ticket details and the artist lineup are expected to be announced in the coming months.
HYBE's move follows the global expansion of K-pop events beyond Asia. New Delhi will join a short list of cities to host the festival outside South Korea.
The festival format mixes live performances with fan meet-and-greet experiences. Organisers say the New Delhi edition will feature artists from several HYBE labels on one stage.
