Vishal Chaturvedi and Shobhina Satyaa’s spiritual biopic Hanuman Ansh, on Neem Karoli Baba, continued its marathon run on Monday, taking its domestic total past Rs 309 crore by day 53.

The film earned around Rs 2 crore on its 53rd day, according to trade trackers, keeping it among the year’s most successful Hindi releases in terms of sustained footfall. Its eight-week run has defied the usual front-loaded box-office pattern.

Based on the life of the revered Neem Karoli Baba, the film has drawn audiences across age groups, with strong word-of-mouth sustaining its theatrical hold even as new releases arrived.
