Anushka Sharma and her parents have bought two adjoining apartments in Mumbai for Rs 25.8 crore. The flats are in Versova, according to reports.
Her parents are Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma. The family will get possession of the apartments by June 30, 2031.
Earlier, Anushka and her husband Virat Kohli bought a sea-facing apartment in the same area for Rs 18.29 crore. The 2,644 sq ft flat was registered on July 21, 2026. The couple paid Rs 1.09 crore in stamp duty.
The new purchase adds to their growing property portfolio. They also own a 7,171 sq ft apartment in Worli. They have a mansion in Gurugram and a farmhouse in Alibaug.
Versova remains a favourite for film stars. The suburb offers sea views and quick access to film studios. Luxury home prices there continue to climb. The flats were registered jointly by Anushka and Zaheer. Each flat measures 1,800 square feet, giving her parents a spacious new home in the city.
