The trailer of the horror film 418 was released on October 5, presented by KGF and Salaar director Prashanth Neel. Mythri Movie Makers produced the film, which is directed by Kirtan Nadagouda.

The film stars Chaithra Achar, Surya Raj, Charan Lakkaraju and Preethi Pagadala. The trailer shows a haunted room, a sealed building and a terrifying secret, with Chaithra Achar’s entry shifting the mood toward its most unnerving moments, Bollywood Hungama reported. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film was announced on X with the tagline calling for a grand worldwide release.

Dinesh Divakar’s cinematography and Venky GG’s background score build the atmosphere, while the haunted house production design functions almost as a character in the film.

The film will release worldwide during the Dussehra season on October 23 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Mythri Movie Makers announced the date on X, calling it a grand release across India. Horror titles have drawn strong crowds in recent seasons, and the makers are betting on the Dussehra holiday window for maximum reach.
