The Staff Selection Commission is expected to declare the SSC GD Constable Result 2026 on or before October 5 on its official website, ssc.gov.in.

More than 48.83 lakh candidates appeared in the computer-based test held from April 27 to May 31. They are waiting for the merit list, cut-off marks and scorecards.

The result will cover 25,487 constable posts across BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP and other forces. Of these, 23,467 posts are for men and 2,020 for women.

Candidates who qualify will move to the physical tests, PET and PST. The schedule for those stages will be uploaded on the official portal.

The commission has already released the answer key and response sheets. Candidates should check only ssc.gov.in for updates.

The SSC has warned that fake notices about the result date are circulating on Telegram groups. No official date has been confirmed beyond the expected window.

Candidates are advised to keep their registration details handy for checking scores. The merit list PDFs will be released separately for male and female candidates.
