SSC CHSL 2026: Fee Payment Ends Today for 2,536 Posts
The last date to pay the application fee for the SSC CHSL 2026 examination ends today, October 8, at 11 pm. The application window closed on October 7.
The Staff Selection Commission is filling about 2,536 tentative vacancies for Lower Division Clerk, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Data Entry Operator and DEO Grade A posts.
The fee is Rs 100. Women candidates and those from the SC, ST, PwBD and ex-serviceman categories are exempt. Payment can be made through UPI, net banking or debit cards.
Applicants must have passed Class 12 and be aged 18 to 27. A correction window will open from October 14 to 16. The Tier 1 computer-based exam is scheduled from November 30 to December 31.
The notification was released on September 7, 2026. Applicants must have passed Class 12 and be born between August 2, 1999 and August 1, 2008, making them 18 to 27 years old. Vacancies remain tentative and may change.
