The Railway Recruitment Boards have opened applications for 590 paramedical posts under Centralised Employment Notice 05/2026. Eligible candidates can apply online through the RRB portal.

The application window runs from 15 September to 14 October 2026, till 11:59 pm. The last date for fee payment is 16 October, and a correction window will open from 17 to 26 October.

The 590 vacancies span nine categories. Nursing Superintendent has the largest share with 365 posts, followed by Pharmacist (Entry Grade) with 118 posts. Other posts include Health and Malaria Inspector, Lab Assistant and Radiographer.

The selection process includes a computer-based test, document verification and a medical examination. Candidates should read the official notification carefully before applying.
