MP Police constable 7,500 posts: apply by October 6
The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board’s recruitment for 7,500 police constable posts closes on October 6. Candidates can apply online at esb.mp.gov.in.
The Police Constable (General Duty) Recruitment Test 2026, under advertisement 583/2026, covers 700 Special Armed Force posts and 6,800 non-SAF posts. A correction window stays open till October 11, and the written exam begins on November 19.
Candidates must have passed Class 10, or Class 8 for eligible Scheduled Tribe candidates. The age limit is 18 to 33 years as on October 6. The application fee is Rs 700 for unreserved candidates and Rs 350 for SC, ST, OBC and EWS candidates with MP domicile.
Live registration in the MP employment exchange is mandatory for all applicants. Non-domicile candidates may apply only against unreserved open posts. The selection process includes a written computer-based test, physical measurement and efficiency tests, document verification and a medical examination.
