OneByZero’s $20M round leads quiet startup funding Monday

Enterprise AI startup OneByZero raised $20 million in a Series A round led by Jungle Ventures, the largest of a quiet Monday for startup funding. It was the Singapore-based company's first external funding.
OneByZero deploys and governs AI agents inside large enterprises using its NEO platform. The company, founded in 2023, works mainly with banks, telecom operators and retailers across nine markets in Asia Pacific and the United States, and plans to expand its engineering teams and open an office in Japan.
The round fits Monday's theme: investors backing applied AI rather than frontier models. Denmark's Pandektes raised 13.5 million euros in Series A to build data infrastructure for AI-powered legal research.
France's Fleuret AI closed a 4 million euro pre-seed round to automate penetration testing with AI agents, led by RAISE Ventures. In the US, At Home Harmony raised $5 million for home-based senior care, while Japan's Celaid Therapeutics closed a 400 million yen second close of its Series B for cell therapy.
None of the five disclosed a valuation. The pattern suggests venture money is flowing to the layers that make AI useful inside real organizations: deployment, governance, proprietary data and domain workflows.
