Omara Ventures Rs 41.99 crore SME IPO opens today

The IPO of Omara Ventures India, the company behind designer jewellery brand OMARA, opens for subscription on September 30, Business Wire India reported.
The issue will remain open until October 5. The company aims to raise about Rs 41.99 crore at the upper price band through a fresh issue of equity shares, with listing proposed on the BSE SME platform.
The price band is Rs 296 to Rs 311 per share. The lot size is 400 shares, with a minimum application of two lots, or 800 shares.
The Chandigarh-based company sells rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets using diamonds, gemstones, gold and silver. Revenue rose to about Rs 45.87 crore in FY26 from Rs 23.52 crore in FY25, while profit after tax climbed to Rs 9.36 crore. The company will use the funds for retail expansion and boutique renovation, brand building and marketing, and repayment of borrowings.
What happens next: subscription numbers through October 5 will show investor appetite for the jewellery SME listing.
