Embassy Origins Rakes in Rs 1,800 Crore Pre-Sales
Embassy Developments has crossed Rs 1,800 crore in pre-sales at its Origins project in Bengaluru. The company announced the milestone on October 5.
Origins is an 85-acre development in North Bengaluru. It was launched on September 16. Sixty-two percent of the project sold within a week.
The project has 477 homes across two clusters. It covers 10 lakh square feet of planned development. Total development will be 2.6 million square feet.
Riverine has 217 villas spanning 1.1 million square feet. South Reserve has 855 apartments across 1.5 million square feet.
The project is about 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. It is one of Bengaluru’s largest recent launches.
CEO Reeza Sebastian said demand was overwhelming. He credited the project’s scale and location for the fast sales. The project was launched on September 16 and spans 85 acres in North Bengaluru. It includes 477 homes across two clusters, Riverine and South Reserve.
