Pranav Adani Unveils Rs 6 Lakh Cr Maharashtra Blueprint

Adani Group has committed to an investment blueprint exceeding Rs 6 lakh crore in Maharashtra, Pranav Adani said at the Invest Maharashtra summit in Mumbai on October 2.
Projects worth Rs 2.6 lakh crore are already completed or under execution, said Adani, who is Managing Director (Agro, Oil and Gas) and a director of Adani Enterprises.
The blueprint spans energy, aviation, data centres, urban regeneration and coal gasification. It supports Maharashtra’s goal of becoming a one-trillion-dollar economy by 2030.
On aviation, the group manages Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and is building the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The greenfield airport is designed to handle over 90 million passengers a year.
In energy, Adani Electricity Mumbai supplies over three million homes, with more than 60 percent from renewable sources. A 1,000 MW HVDC link will bring clean power into the city.
The summit was attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar. The group is also developing the Dharavi redevelopment project in Mumbai.
