Filmmaker duo Abbas-Mustan marked Gandhi Jayanti by unveiling the first poster and motion poster of their upcoming thriller 3 Monkeys.

The posters introduce the new-age trio: Vishal Jethwa as Amar, Mustafa Burmawala as Akbar, and Tenzin Dalha as Anthony. Arjun Rampal also stars as Sanjay, an armed and mysterious figure whose link to the trio remains unclear.

The campaign reworks the Three Wise Monkeys philosophy. The familiar “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” becomes a new mantra: “Sab Dekho. Apni Suno. Bekhauf Bolo.” The motion poster shows the three masked men in a dangerous yet playful setting.

Abbas-Mustan told IANS that the trio is “mischievous and unpredictable,” adding, “But with an Abbas-Mustan film, what you see is not necessarily the whole truth.” Plot details are being kept under wraps.

The film is produced by Allarakha Vohra, Faruk Vohra, and Sayeed Vohra, and presented by AJ Film Entertainment World. It releases in cinemas worldwide on December 4, 2026.

Why it matters: Abbas-Mustan are known for twist-heavy thrillers. The December release slots the film into the competitive year-end box office window.
