BCCI Seals Muthoot FinCorp as Title Sponsor for Two Home Seasons

The BCCI has finalised Muthoot FinCorp as the title sponsor for Indian cricket’s home matches for the next two seasons, running through March 31, 2028.
The deal, reportedly branded Blue Muthoot, was negotiated at a base price of Rs 4.85 crore per match. It will cover around 35 home internationals, including 10 Tests, 12 ODIs and 13 T20Is.
The agreement follows a failed tender. The BCCI’s invitation to tender had an August 13 deadline, but no bids were received, reportedly because of the high base price. The board then entered direct negotiations.
Outgoing title sponsor IDFC First Bank had been paying Rs 4.2 crore per match. The Kochi-based Muthoot FinCorp, part of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, takes over just in time for the ongoing West Indies ODI series, which began in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, Muthoot’s home state.
Alongside the title deal, Campa, SBI Life and ChatGPT have signed on as associate partners for the same two-season period, refreshing the BCCI’s commercial roster.
