ShepHertz Launches Three Homegrown AI Models Sanjaya, Drashta, Tatva

Homegrown AI platform ShepHertz has launched three new AI models — Sanjaya, Drashta and Tatva — as it expands its portfolio of sovereign artificial intelligence solutions built in India.
The launch adds to the company’s growing family of Sanskrit-named models trained in the country, which already includes Taksha for AI engineering and coding, Manthan for general reasoning, Kuber for banking and financial services, Seva for service operations, Astra for defence and on-device intelligence for edge use cases.
At the core of the offering is AgentAnywhere, the company’s sovereign AI platform that lets enterprises own their intelligence. Models run entirely inside the customer’s cloud or virtual private cloud under a governance layer, keeping data within the organisation’s boundary — a pitch aimed at regulated sectors such as BFSI, government and defence.
The launch comes as India pushes for AI sovereignty, with enterprises increasingly seeking locally trained models that align with domestic compliance and data-residency requirements.
The company has positioned the new models as part of a broader effort to give Indian organisations alternatives to foreign foundation models for mission-critical workloads.
