EliseAI Raises $350M at $4B Valuation

AI agent startup EliseAI has raised $350 million in a Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz, valuing the company at $4 billion. The New York-based startup builds conversational AI agents for the housing and healthcare industries.
EliseAI said it wants to become the "AI operating system for vertical industries," automating leasing, sales, maintenance and tenant communication for property managers. The company said its annual recurring revenue reached $200 million in September 2026, and it has doubled its workforce over the past year.
Founded in 2017 by Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov, EliseAI has ridden the wave of enterprise demand for agentic AI that can handle real customer conversations by text and voice. As part of the round, Andreessen Horowitz partner Alex Rampell will join the company's board.
The raise is one of the largest AI funding rounds this year and reflects investor appetite for startups selling measurable automation to traditional industries. EliseAI plans to use the capital to expand into new verticals and deepen its product in healthcare scheduling and patient communication.
