The White House has aired another taxpayer-funded TV ad featuring President Donald Trump, this time with audio of him saying 'this is the final battle.' It ran during at least two Sunday NFL games on Fox.

The ad shows Trump walking down a hallway as he vows to 'cast out' communists and Marxists and 'liberate America from these villains once and for all.' The language echoes a Veterans Day speech he gave in 2023, according to CNN.

It is the third government-funded ad tracked by the media tracker AdImpact in recent days. The spot closely matches a video Trump posted on Truth Social in January 2024 during his campaign; that version carried his campaign logo, while the new one ends with 'Paid for by the US Government.'

The White House said the ads 'are very clearly not campaign ads,' comparing them to past public service announcements. Critics, including Senator Maggie Hassan, dispute that and say the spots misuse public money weeks before the midterms.

Media trackers estimated the latest ad has already cost taxpayers more than $362,000.
