Abbas-Mustan’s 3 Monkeys gets Dec 4 release; motion poster out
Director duo Abbas-Mustan unveiled the first poster and motion poster of their thriller 3 Monkeys on Gandhi Jayanti, announcing a worldwide release on December 4.
The film stars Arjun Rampal as Sanjay alongside Vishal Jethwa as Amar, Mustafa Burmawala as Akbar and Tenzin Dalha as Anthony. The campaign flips the Three Wise Monkeys philosophy into a new-age mantra: “Sab Dekho. Apni Suno. Bekhauf Bolo.”
The motion poster shows the trio as masked men who appear to be in the middle of something dangerous. Plot details are under wraps, and it is unclear whether the three are involved in a robbery or something more complex.
The film is produced by Allarakha Vohra, Faruk Vohra and Sayeed Vohra and presented by AJ Film Entertainment World. Priya Prakash Warrier makes her Hindi debut in the film, with music by Tanishk Bagchi. It will clash with Shraddha Kapoor’s Eetha.
Abbas-Mustan are known for thrillers with twists, including Baazigar and Race. The director duo completed 40 years in the industry recently, and 3 Monkeys marks their return to the big screen after a long gap.
