Meta brings its Muse AI app to the iPad

Meta has launched its Muse AI assistant on the iPad, just about a month after the app’s iPhone debut on September 8.
The launch, announced on October 7, follows a strong start. Muse has racked up 6.6 million installs since launch, according to Sensor Tower, and briefly topped the US App Store’s free iPhone chart.
The iPad version brings the same assistant features with a larger canvas, and Meta is pushing business connectors. Users can link Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Klaviyo, Zoom, Notion and Granola, along with Meta ad accounts.
The push ties into Meta’s Muse for Small Business offering, announced on September 29, with paid tiers at 20 dollars a month for Power and 100 dollars a month for Maximum.
Muse is Meta’s answer to the standalone AI assistant apps from rivals. The company is betting that deep integration with workplace tools will set it apart in an increasingly crowded field.
