Arrive AI Launches AP3 Plus Delivery Hub With Edge AI

Arrive AI has launched a smarter delivery endpoint. The company announced the AP3 Plus on October 7. It is the newest version of its Arrive Point secure delivery unit, built for the autonomous delivery era.
The AP3 Plus runs an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano chip. This brings edge computing directly to the unit. Data is processed where it is created, not sent far away. On-board vision models detect packages, check their orientation and track their status through the journey.
The unit can visually follow a package through the full chain of custody. Package data stays stored on the device itself. Customers can also back it up to the cloud based on their compliance needs, giving flexibility on data control.
The Arrive Point lets drones, robots, autonomous vehicles and human couriers drop off or pick up parcels without anyone waiting at the other end. The AP3 Plus is now shipping to customers. The company plans to scale to 100,000 deployed units over five years, betting big on autonomous last-mile delivery.
