A popular TV show has hit a big milestone. Zee TV’s Vasudha has completed 700 episodes, reported on October 6, 2026.

The cast and crew celebrated on set with a cake-cutting ceremony. Lead actors Priya Thakur and Abhishek Sharrma joined the celebrations.

Thakur plays the title role of Vasudha. Sharrma plays Devansh Singh Chauhan. The show has held the number one prime-time spot for a long stretch.

Thakur called the milestone surreal. She recalled going for the audition without knowing where it would lead. That one decision gave her 700 episodes and countless memories, she said. She thanked the audience for their love.

Sharrma said some characters become part of an actor’s identity. He called Devansh one such role. He teased beautiful moments ahead for fans of the on-screen pair.

The show premiered on September 16, 2024. It is an official remake of the Telugu series Muddha Mandaram. It airs Monday to Friday on Zee TV.

The story follows Vasudha, who enters the Chauhan house as a cook. She slowly wins respect through hard work and self-respect. She later marries Dev, the son of the house. Her journey of growth remains the heart of the show.
