Singer-composer Vishal Dadlani has sold a commercial property in Mumbai’s Goregaon West for Rs 3.34 crore. The sale was reported on Tuesday.

Dadlani bought the 641 sq ft unit in 2016 for Rs 3.25 crore. His gain over ten years is about Rs 9 lakh. That works out to a return of roughly 2.8 percent.

Dadlani is one half of the Vishal-Shekhar music duo. He has composed for big films like Pathaan, Jawan and Fighter.

Several Bollywood stars have traded Mumbai property this year. Arshad Warsi sold a commercial unit for Rs 6.25 crore in July. Madhuri Dixit sold a Mumbai office for Rs 4.85 crore in August.

Celebrity property deals often make headlines. But Dadlani’s flat return shows that not every star investment beats the market. Location and timing still decide the outcome. The Goregaon property changed hands for Rs 3.34 crore. The deal is among the latest celebrity property transactions reported in Mumbai this year.
