Yardi has announced Virtuoso Enterprise, a complete AI platform for real estate, ahead of its Advanced Solutions Conference in San Diego this week.

Announced on October 5, the platform brings AI to every real estate workflow — leasing, finance, operations, compliance and reporting — built on a single connected data foundation, so AI tools work from complete, consistent data rather than disconnected systems.

It works through three layers: native AI woven into Yardi products such as Voyager, Procure to Pay and Maintenance IQ; agent building tools; and Virtuoso Connectors that link Yardi data to outside AI assistants. Security and governance controls carry over from existing Yardi settings automatically.

“Yardi has been building the future of real estate technology for 40 years,” said CEO Rob Teel. The platform will be demonstrated at YASC San Diego, running October 7-9.

Assetsoft noted Virtuoso’s agent marketplace and connectors are the biggest shift at this year’s conference. Yardi also recently added a Claude connector — the first MCP connector for property management software — letting users query live Yardi data through AI assistants. Virtuoso agents already cover leasing, resident services, maintenance and accounting across the platform.
